Pinnacle Gas Resources, which explores natural gas reserves in the Rocky Mountains, announced the terms of its IPO Friday. The company plans to offer 3.75 million shares at a price range of $10.00 to $12.00. Friedman Billings is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
