VMware, a subsidiary of EMC which provides of virtualization solutions to aggregate multiple servers, storage infrastructure, and networks together, filed for IPO Thursday. Citigroup, JPMorgan, and Lehman Brothers are the lead managers on the deal. Terms have not yet been announced.
