Aurora Mobile, which offers targeted mobile marketing campaigns and various app services in China, raised $77 million by offering 9.1 million shares at $8.50, the low end of the range of $8.50 to $10.50. Aurora Mobile plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol JG. Goldman Sachs (Asia), Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
