Bloom Energy, which sells clean energy power generators based on solid oxide fuel cell technology, raised $270 million by offering 18.0 million shares at $15, the high end of the $13 to $15 range. Bloom Energy plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol BE. J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, KeyBanc Capital Markets and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead managers on the deal.
