Mesa Air Group, a regional air carrier with fleet of 145 aircraft, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $150 million in an initial public offering.
The Phoenix, AZ-based company was founded in 1982 and booked $657 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2018. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol MESA. Raymond James and BofA Merrill Lynch are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
