Aurora Mobile (Jiguang), a data collecting and analytics platform servicing app developers in China, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $200 million in an initial public offering.
The Guangdong, China-based company was founded in 2011 and booked $57 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2018. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol JG. Aurora Mobile filed confidentially on April 20, 2018. Goldman Sachs (Asia), Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
