BrightView Holdings, the largest provider of commercial landscaping services in the US, raised $469 million by offering 21.3 million shares at $22, the low end of the range of $22 to $25. BrightView Holdings plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol BV. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, KKR, UBS Investment Bank, Baird, Credit Suisse, Macquarie Capital, Jefferies, Mizuho Investors, Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
