LF Capital Acquisition, a blank check company targeting a business in the commercial banking or fintech industry, raised $135 million by offering 13.5 million units at $10.
Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase one share at $11.50. At the $10 offer price, LF Capital Acquisition commands a market value of $169 million.
LF Capital Acquisition listed on the Nasdaq on Wednesday under the symbol LFACU. B. Riley FBR and Raymond James acted as lead managers on the deal.
