Charah Solutions, which provides maintenance services to coal-fired and nuclear power plants, raised $88 million by offering 7.4 million shares (28% insider) at $12, well below the range of $16 to $18. At pricing, Charah will command a fully diluted market value of $363 million. Charah Solutions plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CHRA. Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch and Stifel acted as lead managers on the deal.
