Glu Mobile, a publisher of games for mobile telephones, announced the terms of its IPO Tuesday. The company plans to offer 7.3 million shares at a proposed price range of $10.00 to $12.00. Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Banc of America, and Needham are underwriting the deal.
