Focus Financial Partners, an investment firm that backs independent wealth-management advisers, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.
The New York, NY-based company was founded in 2004 and booked $724 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2018. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol FOCS. Goldman Sachs, BofA Merrill Lynch, KKR, BMO Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
