Origin Bancorp, a community bank focused on commercial lending in Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi, raised $124 million by offering 3.6 million shares (31% insider) at $34, the midpoint of the $33 to $35 range. At pricing, Origin commands a fully diluted market cap of $787 million. Origin Bancorp plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol OBNK. Stephens Inc. and Raymond James acted as lead managers on the deal.
