GrafTech International, a vertically-integrated manufacturer of graphite electrodes used in steelmaking, raised $525 million by offering 35 million shares at $15, below the range of $21 to $24. GrafTech International plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol EAF. J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, Citi, RBC Capital Markets and HSBC Corporation acted as lead managers on the deal.
