Acme Packet, which provides session border controllers that enable interactive communications, such as VoIP, increased the proposed range for its IPO on Thursday to $8-$9, up from $6.50-$7.50. The new proposed market cap is $543 million. Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan and ThinkEquity Partners are managing the deal which is expected to price tonight.
