nLight, which manufactures high-power semiconductor lasers, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $86 million in an initial public offering.
The Vancouver, WA-based company was founded in 2000 and booked $139 million in sales for the 12 months ended December 31, 2017. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol LASR. nLight filed confidentially on December 20, 2017. Stifel and Raymond James are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
