Smartsheet, which provides a spreadsheet-based work collaboration platform, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.
The Bellevue, WA-based company was founded in 2005 and booked $111 million in sales for the 12 months ended January 31, 2018. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol SMAR. Smartsheet filed confidentially on December 22, 2017. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Jefferies and RBC Capital Markets are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
