Golden Bull, which provides a peer-to-peer lending platform in China for auto-secured loans, raised $6.2 million by offering 1.55 million shares at $4.00, the low end of the range of $4.00 to $4.50. Golden Bull plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol DNJR. ViewTrade acted as a lead manager on the deal.
