Union Acquisition, a blank check company focused on acquiring a Latin American business, raised $100 million by offering 10 million units at $10.
The SPAC commands an IPO market value of $125 million. Each unit consists of one share of common stock, one right to receive one-tenth (1/10) of one ordinary share upon the initial business combination, and one warrant exercisable at $11.50.
Union Acquisition plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol LTN.U. Ladenburg Thalmann acted as a lead manager on the deal.
