Victory Capital Holdings, a multi-boutique asset management firm with $62 billion in AUM, raised $152 million by offering 11.7 million shares at $13, well below the range of $17 to $19. Victory Capital Holdings plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol VCTR. J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Goldman Sachs and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
