Corporación América Airports, which operates 52 airports worldwide including 37 in Argentina, raised $486 million by offering 28.6 million shares at $17, below the range of $19 to $23. Corporación América Airports plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CAAP. Oppenheimer & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi and Goldman Sachs acted as lead managers on the deal.
