Hudson, which operates airport concessions and duty-free stores across North America, raised $749 million by offering 39.4 million shares at $19, the low end of the range of $19 to $21. Hudson plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol HUD. Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, UBS Investment Bank, BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Santander, BBVA, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, HSBC Corporation, Natixis, Raiffeisen Bank and UniCredit Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
