Victory Capital Holdings, a multi-boutique asset management firm with $59 billion in AUM, announced terms for its IPO on Monday.
The Brooklyn, OH-based company plans to raise $211 million by offering 11.7 million shares at a price range of $17 to $19. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Victory Capital Holdings would command a fully diluted market value of $1.4 billion.
Victory Capital Holdings was founded in 1894 and booked $402 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2017. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol VCTR. J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Goldman Sachs and RBC Capital Markets are the joint bookrunners on the deal. It is expected to price during the week of February 5, 2018.
