PagSeguro Digital, a Brazilian online and mobile payment processing platform being spun out of Brazilian Internet portal Universo Online (UOL), filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.
The São Paulo, Brazil-based company was founded in 2006 and booked $630 million in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2017. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol PAGS. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
