Corporación América Airports, which operates 51 airports worldwide including 33 in Argentina, filed on Wednesday with the SEC for an IPO that we estimate could raise $1.0 billion.
The Luxembourg-based company was founded in 1998 and booked $1.5 billion in sales for the 12 months ended September 30, 2017. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CAAP. America Airports filed confidentially on October 5, 2017. Oppenheimer & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi and Goldman Sachs are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
