Regalwood Global Energy, a blank check company formed by Carlyle to acquire an energy business, raised $300 million by offering 30 million units at $10. Regalwood Global Energy plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol RWGE.U. Citi and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
