Farmmi, which processes and packages mushrooms for sale to distributors in China, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $5 million in an initial public offering.
The Zhejiang Province, China-based company was founded in 2015 and booked $22 million in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2017. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol FAMI. Farmmi filed confidentially on May 5, 2017. ViewTrade is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
