Bandwidth, a VoIP network offering voice and text software APIs to enterprises, raised $80 million by offering 4 million shares at $20, the low end of the range of $20 to $22. Bandwidth plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol BAND. Morgan Stanley, KeyBanc Capital Markets and Baird acted as lead managers on the deal.
