Evoqua Water Technologies, which provides water treatment systems and services, raised $500 million by offering 27.8 million shares at $18, within the range of $17 to $19. Evoqua Water Technologies plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol AQUA. Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, RBC Capital Markets, Citi and Goldman Sachs acted as lead managers on the deal.
