Loma Negra, a leading Argentine cement producer, raised $840 million by offering 44.2 million ADSs at $19, the high end of the range of $15 to $19. Parent InterCement sold the entire US offering. In addition to its US IPO, Loma Negra also raised $114 million (100% primary) in an Argentine offering. Loma Negra plans to list on the NYSE and BYMA under the symbol LOMA. BofA Merrill Lynch, Bradesco BBI, Citi, HSBC Corporation, Itau BBA and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
