Merchants Bancorp, an Indiana bank focused on FHA loans and warehouse mortgage financing, raised $100 million by offering 6.3 million shares at $16, below the range of $17 to $19. Merchants Bancorp plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol MBIN. Sandler O'Neill, Stephens Inc. and Raymond James acted as lead managers on the deal.
