RISE Education, a chinese provider of after-school English lessons backed by Bain Capital, raised $160 million by offering 11 million shares at $14.50, above the range of $12 to $14. RISE Education plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol REDU. Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and UBS Investment Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
