Four Seasons Education, a Chinese provider of after-school math tutoring services, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $120 million in an initial public offering.
The Shanghai, China-based company was founded in 2010 and booked $38 million in sales for the 12 months ended June 30, 2017. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol FSE.RC. Four Seasons Education filed confidentially on June 29, 2017. Morgan Stanley, Citi and China Renaissance are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
