Bandwidth, which provides software APIs with voice and text functionality to enterprises, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $85 million in an initial public offering.
The Raleigh, NC-based company was founded in 1999 and booked $157 million in sales for the 12 months ended June 30, 2017. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol BAND. Bandwidth filed confidentially on August 16, 2017. Morgan Stanley, KeyBanc Capital Markets and Baird are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
