Restoration Robotics, which is developing a robotic system to assist physicians in hair transplant surgery, raised $25 million by offering 3.6 million shares (upsized from 3.1 million originally) at $7, the low end of the range of $7 to $9. At pricing, the company commands a fully diluted market value of $210 million. Restoration Robotics plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol HAIR.
