Tremont Mortgage Trust, a newly formed commercial mortgage REIT managed by RMR Group, raised $50 million by offering 2.5 million shares at $20. The company had originally planned to sell 4.5 million shares. Tremont Mortgage Trust plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol TRMT. UBS Investment Bank, Citi and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
