Pensare Acquisition, a blank check company formed by a MasTec executive to acquire a wireless telecom business, raised $270 million by offering 27 million units at $10. It originally planned to offer 25 million units. Pensare Acquisition plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol WRLSU. EarlyBirdCapital acted as a lead manager on the deal.
