Industrea Acquisition, a blank check company formed by Argand Partners to acquire an industrial business, raised $200 million by offering 20 million units at $10. Industrea Acquisition plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol INDUU. FBR Capital Markets and B. Riley & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
