Pensare Acquisition, a blank check company formed by a MasTec executive to acquire a wireless telecom business, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $250 million in an initial public offering.
The Atlanta, GA-based company was formed in 2016 and plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol WRLSU. EarlyBirdCapital is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
