Blue Apron Holdings, the leading US meal-kit delivery service, raised $300 million by offering 30 million shares at $10, the low end of the downwardly revised range of $10 to $11. The company originally planned to sell shares at $15 to $17. Blue Apron Holdings plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol APRN. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Citi and Barclays acted as lead managers on the deal.
