Bison Capital Acquisition, a Bison Capital-backed blank check company, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $50 million in an initial public offering.
The Beijing, China-based company was founded in 2016 and it plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol BCACU. Bison Capital Acquisition filed confidentially on March 1, 2017. EarlyBirdCapital is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
