Constellation Alpha Capital, a blank check company formed to acquire an Indian healthcare business, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $125 million in an initial public offering.
The West Palm Beach, FL-based company was formed in 2015 and it plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol CNACU. Constellation Alpha Capital filed confidentially on September 24, 2015. Cowen & Company is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
