Bright Scholar Education Holdings, the largest operator of international and bilingual schools in China, raised $158 million by offering 15 million shares at $10.50, above the range of $8 to $10. Bright Scholar Education Holdings plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol BEDU. Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
