Gardner Denver Holdings, a global leading flow control and compression equipment manufacturer, raised $826 million by offering 41.3 million shares at $20, below the range of $23 to $26. Gardner Denver Holdings plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol GDI. Goldman Sachs, Citi, UBS Investment Bank, KKR, Simmons & Co., Deutsche Bank, Baird, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
