KKR Real Estate Finance Trust, a KKR-managed mortgage REIT focused on commercial real estate debt, raised $210 million by offering 10.25 million shares at $20.50, the low end of the range of $20.50-$21.50. The company had originally planned to offer 10.00 million shares; as a result of the higher shares and low-end pricing, the deal size was essentially unchanged. KKR Real Estate Finance Trust plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol KREF. Wells Fargo Securities, Morgan Stanley, KKR, Barclays, Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
