Cloudera, which provides a Hadoop-based data management platform to large enterprises, raised $225 million by offering 15 million shares at $15, above the range of $12 to $14. Cloudera plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CLDR. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Allen & Company, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi and Deutsche Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
