MuleSoft, which provides an API-based application integration platform to enterprise customers, raised $221 million by offering 13 million shares at $17, above the upwardly revised range of $14 to $16. The company originally planned to offer shares at $12 to $14. MuleSoft plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol MULE. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Allen & Company, Barclays and Jefferies acted as lead managers on the deal.
