J.Jill, which sells branded women's apparel and accessories directly and through 275 stores, raised $152 million (100% insider) by offering 11.7 million shares at $13, below the range of $14 to $16. J.Jill plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol JILL. BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, Deutsche Bank, RBC Capital Markets, UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
