The company's shares had been listed on the OTC Pink Marketplace, and finished Monday at $5.34. At IPO, New Age Beverages commands a market cap of $102 million. New Age Beverages is listed on the Nasdaq under the symbol NBEV. Aegis Capital Corp and Maxim Group LLC acted as lead managers on the deal.
