Clipper Realty, a REIT focused on multi-family and commercial properties in NYC, raised $77 million by offering 5.7 million shares at $13.50, the low end of the range of $13.50 to $15.50. Clipper Realty plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CLPR. FBR Capital Markets and Raymond James acted as lead managers on the deal.
