FinTech Acquisition II, a blank check company formed by management of The Bancorp to acquire a financial technology business, raised $153 million by offering 15.3 million shares at $10, up from the 13.5 million shares originally filed. FinTech Acquisition II plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol FNTEU. Cantor Fitzgerald acted as a lead manager on the deal.
